Retouch PRO

Add photos and the queue starts automatically
Add one or more portraits to Retouch PRO. The first photo enters the queue immediately, and the rest are processed one by one. Each photo card and the overall progress bar show what is happening. If the connection drops or the service fails, you can retry the affected photo.
Review the result beside the original
A reduced-size copy is sent securely to our server and the Google Gemini API for processing. The returned candidate is compared with your original in the app. If the face position cannot be matched reliably, no automatic deliverable is created and the candidate is shown for review. AI results cannot be assumed perfect for every face.
Prepare large photos at their source pixel dimensions
The app applies suitable facial skin areas from the candidate at the source photo’s pixel dimensions while aiming to preserve eyes, hair, clothing and background from the original. Source size, 300 DPI JPEG metadata and final print review are separate considerations. Before large prints, zoom in to check skin transitions, identity and lighting.
Continue in your current workspace
With a Retouch PRO license, process an ID photo online without leaving the ID workspace. Queue selected or all photos from Album or Print, and completed results return to that workspace. Retouch PRO is available alone or in an annual bundle; transfers are available only to modules you own.
Annual photo allowance and extra credits
The annual Retouch PRO licence includes 500 photo processes and renews each licence year. Once used, you can buy packs of 100, 300, 500 or 1,000 extra photo credits; single-photo credits are not sold. Each extra photo costs TRY 15 or USD 0.60. The packs cost TRY 1,500 / 4,500 / 7,500 / 15,000 or USD 60 / 180 / 300 / 600, plus applicable tax. A service failure that produces no valid retouch result does not use a credit.
Frequently asked questions on this subject
Does Retouch PRO work offline?
No. The generative AI candidate comes from an online service. Processing cannot start without internet access. Local retouch tools continue to work under the terms of the modules you own.
Is the full photo sent to the server?
The original high-resolution file stays on your device. A reduced-size copy is sent to our server and the Google Gemini API for processing. The result returns to your device.
Are all photos in a batch processed at once?
No. Photos are processed one by one. Each card shows its state, including waiting and finished results, and you can follow overall progress.
Can the result change the face or eyes?
Generative AI may create unexpected differences. The app checks facial position and protected areas and does not automatically apply an uncertain match. You still need to compare and approve every deliverable against its original.
Can I license Retouch PRO by itself?

What happens when the 500-photo allowance runs out?
The Retouch PRO screen shows your remaining annual allowance and extra credits. When the annual allowance is exhausted, you can request a pack of 100, 300, 500 or 1,000 photos. Credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed.
