3. Processing purposes and legal grounds
The following transactions are carried out limited to the relevant conditions in Article 5 of Law No. 6698:

4. Collection method
Data; it can be collected automatically, partially automatically or non-automatically through physical documents through web/application forms, account and license API, secure verification requests of the desktop application, e-mail/phone/WhatsApp support channels, contract-offer-invoice processes and files sent by the user voluntarily.
5. Transfer of data
Personal data; to hosting/IT, e-mail, payment, accounting/invoice, legal and authorized technical support service providers, limited only to the purpose and necessary data; it can also be transferred to authorized public institutions upon legal request. Recipients are subject to data security and confidentiality obligations.
If an infrastructure that requires transfer abroad is used, the current transfer conditions and appropriate safeguards in Article 9 of the KVKK apply; if necessary, the relevant person is also informed.
6. Storage and disposal
Each category of data is stored for a limited period of time required by the processing purpose and the relevant financial/commercial/obligations law legislation. When the mandatory period or purpose expires, deletion, destruction or anonymization is applied with periodic checks. If there is an ongoing dispute, investigation or legal request, the relevant record may be kept in isolation for the period necessary to protect the right.
7. Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK
To learn whether your personal data is being processed by contacting the data controller; request information if processed; learning its purpose and whether it is used appropriately; knowing the third parties transferred domestically/abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly; if the conditions are met, delete/destroy and request that these transactions be notified to the recipients; you have the right to object to a result against you as a result of automatic analysis and to request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
