1. Parties, scope and order of contract
“Provider” is the natural or legal person who offers Ai Foto Pro under the brand MG Work Studio & Medya Ajans and whose full title is specified in the offer/invoice. “User” is the person/business using the account or software. These conditions; includes desktop application, licensing service, updates, support and related web services.
Mandatory legislation in case of conflict; followed by a user-specific written quote/order summary; these conditions are then applied. Verbal statements made by other than the authorized representative of the provider do not change the contract unless confirmed in writing.
2. Nature and duration of the license
- The license does not transfer ownership of the software; it gives a limited, non-transferable right of use.
- The standard license is annual and valid between the start and end dates in the quote/order summary.
- By default, the license is for one user account and one authenticated computer. The number of different devices is only defined by written offer.
- Paid modules may be locked at the end of the license; it is the user's responsibility to back up local projects and outputs in advance.
- Device failure/change can be reset by the support team after reasonable identity and license verification.
3. Packages and feature access
Modules are unlocked according to the purchased package: ID & Biometric; Photo + Album; or Full Package (ID & Biometric Photos, Album Design and Sort). Print The workspace is a license package separate from the others. Package upgrades/downgrades and duration changes are made only through the management system. A module not included in the active package cannot be used even if it appears in the interface.
Trial rights may be promotional, account/device linked, non-exchangeable for cash, and may be suspended if abuse is suspected.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
The user can use the software for his own professional production and deliver the photo/album output he produces to his customer. The following are prohibited:
- Sharing the license, account or session; rent, resell or operate on an unauthorized device.
- Bypassing license verification, trial limit, update security, or device binding.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, removing integrity/signature checking; situations expressly permitted by law are reserved.
- Using the software for purposes that are harmful, unlawful, infringing or processing people's biometric/visual data without permission.
- Using third party content, fonts, presets, logos or photos without necessary rights.
5. Photography, artificial intelligence and output responsibility
Face alignment, background removal, retouching and pre-press checks are helpful tools. Acceptance of the official document/visa photo depends on the current rules and final decision of the relevant institution. The user checks the output in terms of size, framing, color, DPI, person information and institutional conditions before delivery or printing.
User; it has the necessary shooting, processing, storage, publication and delivery permissions for the photographs it processes; acknowledges that it has fulfilled applicable obligations, especially with regard to children and employees.
6. Update, compatibility and support
Updates may be released for security and compatibility. For critical versions, the older version's access to online services may be limited. Supported operating system and hardware requirements Support and Update Policy is in. Operating system manufacturer, hardware driver, or third-party service changes are beyond the control of the provider.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended on a procedural basis in the event of non-fulfillment of payment obligations, security risk, unauthorized use or material breach of these terms. In case of remediable violations, the user is given a reasonable correction period, if possible. Access may be suspended immediately in case of serious violations such as fraud, system attack or license circumvention.
Termination does not eliminate any payment or intellectual property obligations incurred. The user must back up their local project/deliverables before access ends.
8. Warranty and limits of liability
The software was developed to facilitate professional production; no guarantee of uninterrupted or unconditional compatibility with all devices/formats is made. The Provider cannot be held liable for unforeseen indirect damages, loss of profits or data loss resulting from the lack of user backup, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
This article; the intentional/gross fault of the provider does not eliminate mandatory consumer rights, personal data legislation or other responsibilities that cannot be legally limited regarding defective goods or services.
9. Applicable law, application and amendment
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. Consumers' legal application rights, including the consumer arbitration committee/consumer court at their place of residence, are reserved. In disputes with commercial users, the courts and enforcement offices determined in accordance with the mandatory and general jurisdiction rules of the legislation are authorized.
Terms may be updated with future effect. Substantive changes are given reasonable notice before they come into effect; acquired and mandatory rights for the purchased period are protected.
