Submit your KVKK request securely and traceably.

Please provide the following information in full so that the application can be linked to the correct person and correct account. Only necessary information is requested for authentication.

1. Application channels

You can submit your application from your e-mail address registered in the system with the subject title "KVKK Data Owner Application". bilgi@mguzel.com.tr You can send it to the address. Current commercial notification information to be used for written application is provided upon request or on the offer/invoice. Other methods accepted by the current legislation, such as KEP, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or e-mail previously notified to the data controller and registered in the system, can be used.

2. Information to include in your request

  1. Name, surname and signature if the application is written.
  2. The email/phone number registered in your account and the address to contact you securely.
  3. For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, T.R. identification number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number or identification number, if available—only to the extent necessary for identity verification.
  4. Clear, concrete description of the request; relevant account, transaction, date or license information.
  5. Documents supporting the request, if any.
If an identity document is requested, you can close unnecessary fields (photo, blood type, etc.). No excess copies are retained after verification is complete.

3. Evaluation and response

The application is recorded, identity/authorization and scope of the request are verified. If there is missing information, you can be contacted. Depending on the nature of the request, it is answered free of charge as soon as possible and, as a rule, within thirty days at the latest. If the transaction requires additional costs, the fee in the Personal Data Protection Board tariff may be applied.

If the application is rejected, the response is insufficient or the response is not given in time, you have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under legal conditions.

4. Authorized person and security

If the application is made on behalf of someone else, a document showing the authority to represent must be submitted. For data security, sensitive account/data details may not be shared over the phone or a publicly accessible email; registered channel or additional verification may be requested.
